Every unit is personally inspected — zippers tested, pull cords verified complete, all components present (spikes, bag, tent, fly). Graded as follows:
- Grade 1 – Excellent to New/Unissued: Minimal or no signs of use. May be outside original packaging.
- Grade 2 – Good to Very Good: May show light dust, dirt, or minor staining. 100% functional — zippers and clips all working.
- Grade 3 – Fair/Serviceable: Shows wear from field use. Any imperfections (snags, tears, seam issues) are under 1" in size. Fully serviceable.

We would like you to be totally satisfied with your order. If by chance you need to make a return or exchange an item, the items must be in original package with all tags still in new condition like when the item was delivered to you. We give you 30 days when item was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and and note on packing slip size exchanging for, due to allergies and safety issues with no perfume or smoke odors accepted for return.
