This Military Issue Hydration Carrier was made for the U.S Army to be a hands-free water option. Designed to accommodate 3L bladder.

Grade 3: Fair to Serviceable - Due to wear and laundering products may not be as thick as when originally issued but are still in serviceable condition. Products may have small imperfections but all snags/tears/burns/seams will be less than 1" in size.

I’ve been trying to find a NEW and AUTHENTIC, US Military Issued Wet Weather Poncho for years now. Look no further, this is it. Same as the one I was issued (later lost). A lot of outlet stores will have lesser products designed specifically for their outlet store - designed to appear to be their best at a discount. But really perfectly priced and a little bit shoddier quality. Military surplus is the TRUE outlet store. Very high military standards for acceptance - but then sold as surplus. It's great!! Definitely consider getting a size smaller as they run larger. (Great seller, was very helpful with an exchange)
