Made to be 100% waterproof with Gore-Tex fabric and heavy duty YKK zippers it is tough enough to handle abusive weather. A Bivy cover is made to keep you both dry and warmer while sleeping outside your tent by acting as an additional heat barrier during winter and vent-able during the warmer months. Military bivy covers can be used with any sleeping bag military or store bought and will last you a long time in the outdoors.
Condition Grade #1 and Grade #2 condition.
Made of durably waterproof and windproof 3-layer GORE-TEX® fabric and approved by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense

A lot of outlet stores will have lesser products designed specifically for their outlet store - designed to appear to be their best at a discount. But really perfectly priced and a little bit shoddier quality. Military surplus is the TRUE outlet store. Very high military standards for acceptance - but then sold as surplus. It's great!! Definitely consider getting a size smaller as they run larger. (Great seller, was very helpful with an exchange)
